    • Bookadoc fetches appointments that have already been booked in DrChrono.
    • This prevents duplicate bookings and ensures both systems remain in sync.

  3. Managing Patient Records

    • Patient data, including demographics and medical history, is synchronized between DrChrono and Bookadoc.
    • New patients can be created in DrChrono directly from Bookadoc.
